Sell Memberships with Groups and WooCommerce

Requirements
To sell memberships with Groups and WooCommerce you need at least WordPress 4.6 and these plugins:

- Groups WooCommerce (this extension) – Allows to sell Memberships with WooCommerce
- WooCommerce Subscriptions (optional paid extension) – If you want to sell memberships through its subscriptions.
